Joining a creative, innovative technology team , our start up client is seeking a high-calibre Digital professional with the following knowledge & experience;
Significant experience of independently leading the development and introduction of a product management process
* Deeply familiar with the challenges of moving an organisation to a 'Product-led' approach
* Rapid delivery of a strategic roadmap that maximises customer value and deals with risks including usability, feasibility and business viability
* A clear understanding of how to communicate confidence, risks, existing customer commitments and inter-product dependencies to different audiences
* Hands-on experience in communicating customer value and working with engineering leadership to create high-confidence release plans
* Solid Technical understanding of how software is used to create outcomes, as well as an appreciation of time scales of builds, potential bottlenecks, how engineers work/think.
* In-depth knowledge and experience of working with B2B Cloud products.
* Track record of leading teams to translate product strategy into tangible deliverables.
* As always, first class people, communication & Stakeholder Management will be essential in this role
