You will be responsible for establishing the data glossary, setting up of data quality rules for regular monitoring, and supporting the analysis of data issues in the different business areas.
To be successful in this Contract, our Client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience;
*Strong & proven Data governance skills with experience in implementing data governance and data quality management frameworks
*Experience with using Informatica or similar data governance/data quality software
*Familiar with SQL to query data stores
*Competent user of Excel functions
*1st class problem solving skills will be essential
*Confident Stakeholder Management skills are also essential - this is a large, strategic project with exposure to multiple Senior Stakeholders
Initial Contracts will be for 6 months, remotely based (Edinburgh based once a return to the office is in sight) and rate-card will pay up to £450 per day (depending on experience via an Umbrella Company).
