Customer Service Analyst - Technical App Support

An established software house have a new requirement for a technical application support professional to join their business.

Required technical skills and ability:

-Insurance & Pension or financial business experience
-ITIL Qualification
-Knowledge of XML technologies
-Strong working knowledge of software support & development life cycle
-Experience in accurately recording information (e.g. requirements, results)
-Understanding of client/server and web technologies
-Problem solver
-Methodical with a process orientated approach to work
-Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
-Ability to deal with difficult situations in a positive manner
