A Jira expert, you will be joining the Change Policy, Methods and Tools team, you will be focused on evolving the organisations Change tooling solution, continuously leading the definition, development, and delivery of significant enhancements across all change tools, but specifically Jira.
Essential experience;
- Tangible experience of using Change Tools, particularly Jira
- Experience in using change methods in delivery successful change
- Confidence working in an Agile environment and experience collaborating closely with business and technical colleagues
- Excellent communication skills; clear examples of effectively communicating ideas, issues and implications to senior, technical and non-technical audiences.
- Evidence of influencing and engagement; building a network and mobilising change
In addition to strong Jira knowledge and experience, other Change tools used include Jira Align, Confluence, SharePoint/Power Platform, Excel, Visio, MSP and Yammer.
The role will be based part of the week onsite in London and contractors must engage via an FCSA accredited Umbrella Company.
