Up to £425-£450 per day (via Umbrella) - may have a degree of flexibility.

Our Edinburgh based Financial Services Client, an established name in the Investments/Asset Management sector, has just released another Change Manager Contracts (Change Readiness Manager) to us. Joining a busy Transformation Programme in their Platforms Development Area (IFA / Savings Platforms), looking at all aspects of Organisational Readiness, our Client is seeking a proven Change Manager with deep Business Readiness experience & the ability to hit the ground running in new roles. The initial contract will be for 6 months, the role will be remotely based and Rate-Card will pay up to £450 per day (via an Umbrella Company).

To be successful in this Contract, our Client is looking for candidates with the following knowledge & experience;

1) Direct experience in another Change Manager role as part of a large Transformation Programme - THIS IS NOT A PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
2) Detailed experience in Change Readiness/Organisational Readiness/Business Readiness, agreeing Business Acceptance criteria, Process Design, Colleague Communications & Colleague Training etc etc
3) A strong Analytical & business change background
4) Any previous experience in the Wealth / Investments / Savings / Pensions sector(s) will be highly advantageous (AND WILL BE PRIORITISED). Strong Financial Services is a must.
5) Excellent communication & Stakeholder Management skills will be essential - successful candidates must be able to work with end-users but also management Senior Stakeholder expectations
6) A strong work ethic & positive, can-do attitude.
