Remote/Outside IR35
We have a requirement for a Change Management professional with hands on delivery experience of business change adoption.
*Have experience in hands on implementation of global business change adoption
*Supporting a strategy to support rollout and adoption
*Engage with regional and local stakeholders on rollout plans
*Assess the change impact - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness etc
*Experience, knowledge and a qualification in of change management principles, methodologies and tools (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, APMG) would be an advantage
*Ideally have experience implementing workplace scheduling system (condeco or similar)
