A large & busy Change Portfolio within our Edinburgh based Financial Services Client, is currently seeking a number of Contract Business Analysts to join their team. Currently going through significant amounts of change, my client are a well known & highly regarded Pensions organisation with an excellent reputation in the market.
With a sensible & pragmatic approach to their Contractor Recruitment, my Client is seeking experienced Contract BA's with backgrounds/skill-sets that include;
* Detailed Business Analysis knowledge & experience with strong skills in Business Requirements Gathering, Business Process Mapping, Gap Analysis etc and all associated documentation
* Detailed experience on other Business Change / IT Change Projects within the Financial Services sector - Regulatory Change, Operational Change, Customer Change, Systems, Processes, Data etc etc
* A background & Client List that includes other large & established Life & Pensions organisations, working on similar Change Projects
* Excellent people, communication & inter-personal skills will be key.
* Strong Stakeholder Management skills are always essential. Candidates must be able to work with Stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
