An Edinburgh based Financial Services Client continues to seek experienced Change Manager Contracts to support a busy Platform Transformation Programme. A leading name in the Life & Pensions/Investments sector, initial Contracts will be for 6-9 months and the roles will be supporting a number of projects/workstreams - Workflow, Print, Mail & Scanning, Resource Management and Model Office.

Remotely based for the foreseeable, rate-card will pay up to £425 per day (via an Umbrella Company) and our Client is seeking Contractors with the following knowledge & experience;

1) HANDS ON experience in another "Change Manager" Contract with deep, detailed & proven knowledge in Operational Change & Business Readiness
2) Previous Change Management experience in the Life & Pensions sector with demonstrable knowledge of Operations, the products offered and Platforms used etc (WRAP etc)
3) Any previous knowledge of Workflow / Print & Mail / Resource Management(Verint) / Model Office Testing/Readiness would be HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS
4) Excellent communication & Stakeholder Management skills - successful candidates must be able to work with end-users but also management Senior Stakeholder expectations
5) A strong work ethic & positive, can-do attitude are an absolute must!
