A large & established banking client in Manchester currently requires a Business Analyst to join one of their customer focussed digital banking projects.
Initial contracts will be for 6 months (with extension highly likely), working via an Umbrella Company. There is a requirement to be in the Manchester office 2 days per week.
To be successful in this Contract, our Client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience:
* In-depth Business Analysis skills previous knowledge around requirements gathering, documentation & process analysis
* Digital & customer focus. Experience in mapping out an end to end life cycle of a customer's journey
* PEGA experience
* Modelling - develop, define & document 'As Is' & 'To Be' process models and data definitions
* Previous experience working closely with business teams, IT teams and Senior Stakeholders etc
* First class communication, organisational and planning skills.
