Application Technical Support / Customer Service Specialist
£28,000 - £34,000

Head Resourcing are currently working with an Edinburgh based organisation to assist them in hiring an Application Technical Support and Customer Service Specialist. Our client develops market leading technology to empower governments and law enforcement to achieve policy objectives in child protection, and the reduction of terrorist activity. This role offers the successful individual the chance to get involved in an organisation doing fantastic work and who offer a wealth of professional fulfilment.

The successful individual will bring first class communication skills both written and verbally and be a born trouble-shooter who loves to learn and provide excellent customer service. This role will be to provide customer support for our clients product, prioritising technical problems and escalating them as required. There will be a period of learning at the beginning of this role to get up to speed with our clients product and customer base.

Required Skills:
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Great problem solving skills
*The ability to identify emerging patterns and ensure these are fed back to the relevant teams
*Experience working in a customer facing role
*Willingness to learn and can-do attitude

Desirable skills:
*Experience of working with Law Enforcement or any digital forensics experience is an advantage
*Experience in a similar role
