Enterprise Application Support Analyst (3rd line) Edinburgh (1700-0100 shift)
Head Resourcing have the pleasure of working with this fast growing, successful client in the Edinburgh market who have an AI technology which allows direction, growth and ability for the client base to adapt and thrive.
Although a relatively small team, they are a very friendly and value driven group who believe in working cohesively to get the best results. The client base is an impressive mix of some of the world's largest professional services companies and following on from some great work, implementing the solution to companies in the UK, Europe and The USA, they would like to compliment that with a first class customer support offering.
To this end, they are keen to get someone on-board to assist in supporting the Application and Development Support Function.
This company have a massive focus on values, having fun, having well informed opinions and taking ownership which is going to be key in this role as there will be some technical configuration questions and general support on how the product works best for the clients.
I am looking to talk to individuals with strong commercial experience working in a 3rd line role within an Application Support function.
The function currently supports.
* Enterprise Applications,
* Databases (SQL Server backend)
* Looking at Log files on Servers
* Strong diagnostic / Root Cause analysis
* Build knowledge,
* Architecture
