Our Edinburgh based and highly regarded Asset Management client is looking for an experienced Application Developer to join their ever growing team. Supporting systems that are used by the accounting and investment operation functions of the business, this team is responsible for enhancing and/or redeveloping existing systems, as well as the development of new systems. Working across a variety of systems including those developed in-house, the client specifically requires someone with experience of working with the integration of 3rd party systems and APIs with in-house systems.
To be successful in this Contract, our Client is seeking an experienced Developer with knowledge & experience in the following areas:
* Full application development lifecycle
* Agile Methodologies
* Oracle PL/SQL
* C# / .NET Core
* Oracle RDBMS
* Windows Forms
* Integration of 3rd party systems and APIs with in-house systems
* Javascript
* Experience of using Source Control (e.g. TFS, GIT etc.)
* Containerised deployment methods (Docker/Rancher/Kubernetes)
Initial contracts will be for 6 months and remotely based for the foreseeable (Edinburgh City Centre when eventually returning to the Office)
