Our client, a public sector organisation based in Glasgow, is looking for a 3rd Line Support Analyst to work on a 12-month contract. The role has been assessed as inside IR35 and will be remote initially, with the long-term view of spending 1-2 days a week in the Paisley office from November 2021.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 3rd Line Support of Microsoft Services to a user estate of ca. 3500 users. You will be responsible for the administration and configuration of Office 365 and other related Microsoft technologies, effectively managing the incident and request queues to ensure all incidents and requests are closed in a timely fashion.

You will have:
*Proven knowledge of Microsoft technologies, in particular Office 365 including Teams, Exchange Online, and Sharepoint.
*Proven experience of providing 3rd Line support to a large user base
*Knowledge of Azure, particularly Azure AD, is highly desirable
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
