A large & established Financial Services Client in Edinburgh that we've worked with for many years, has just released a 2 x new IT Service Designer Contract to us. Supporting a range of tasks & large/complex projects in their Service Operations division, initial contracts will be for 6 months and rate-card will pay up to around £400 per day. Contracts will Outside IR35 and based from Edinburgh (working in a hybrid style).
A client who always have a sensible & pragmatic approach to recruitment & hiring, the Hiring Manager is seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience:
1) In-depth / proven experience in Service Design/Transition/Introduction
2) A strong understanding of Incident Resolution & Change Management
3) ITIL knowledge (certifications will be highly advantageous)
4) Previous Contracts/Roles in the Financial Services with previous experience working as part of a Service Operations / Service Management Team / Dept.
* Broad knowledge of the wider Service management landscape
* A background as a Service Desk Manager would also be highly advantageous but is not essential
* Excellent people, communication, Stakeholder Management & Customer Services will be essential as always
