I joined Head Resourcing in June 2026 after running my own recruitment company for the past two years. With over nine years of experience in the recruitment industry, I bring a strong track record of building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering high-quality talent solutions.

Based in Edinburgh, I live with my wife Anna and our two young daughters, Mila and Lily, who certainly keep me on my toes. Adding to the lively household is our cockapoo -although I’m fairly certain she has more terrier in her than originally advertised.

What do you enjoy doing after work?

Outside of work, I’m a keen sports enthusiast. If I get a spare moment, you’ll usually find me at a Scotland rugby match, a football game, or out attempting a round of golf - with mixed success.

Growing up in Melrose in the Scottish Borders, rugby played a huge role in my life. My dream as a child was to become a professional rugby player, inspired by both the local culture and my family’s strong ties to the sport.

If you could be anywhere other than here, right this minute, where would you be?

On holiday with my family—whether that’s on safari in South Africa, visiting relatives in Australia or New Zealand, or, if my eldest daughter has the final say (which she often does), enjoying the magic of Disneyland.

Favourite childhood memory?

Some of my favourite memories come from long summer holidays spent in the Borders - swimming in the River Tweed, having barbecues, and playing endless games of rugby and football with my brothers and friends.
