Reporting to the Head of Client Delivery & Operations, the role sits within the Operations Technology team and the post holder will need to be adaptable to business changes working within a very fast moving business environment and engage across multiple functional and geographical areas.
The team plays a critical role in the delivery of key B2B products in order to be the power behind the global businesses. The company provide information; data and analytics to help support and drive their customers key business decisions, and protect their organizations from risk. The business is broken into five customer focused verticals to solve for user solutions: Knowledge & Insight, News Alerts & Data, DNA, Risk & Compliance and Partnerships.
Working in a global remit, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of customers for our clients Risk & Compliance's suite of products, from pre-sales support through to business-as-usual operational management of the client requirements. A key element of the role is the development of tailored compliance processes based on our client's policies and procedures and delivering client implementations on time and within budget.
Day to day activities will include:
●Act as the primary operational contact for customers and be responsible for oversight of day-to-day management of products.
●Present solutions and proposals for customer approval and provide training on final solution.
●Drive implementation of product by tracking activity, resolving any problems that might arise. With responsibility for key project deliverables and project planning/budget tracking.
●Provide regular feedback to the Sales team during the implementation phase, escalating any changes that customers want to make that may have commercial implications.
●Manage multiple customer implementations, whilst maintaining high-levels of customer engagement.
●Define and document concise business requirements for approval by the customer for all implementations or change requests.
●Assist in the scoping and budget requirements of new implementations and change control projects.
●Serve as liaison between the customers, sales and technical teams in the coordination, communication and delivery of all new orders or changes to existing services.
To be considered for this role, you will have experience in the following:
* Excellent business analysis and interpretation skills
* Strong communication and team working skills
* Demonstrable experience of interaction with business users in capturing requirements
* Ability to identify, rectify and appropriately escalate issues and risks whilst having an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving, with attention to detail at all times
* Must be able to demonstrate a full understanding of SDLC methodology
* Financial services experience, and KYC highly desirable
