We’ve listed our recruitment process along with adding a diagram to demonstrate how we can help you find a job in IT, digital and business change sectors.
Step #1: Submit your CV.
Your CV is a vital document to help you secure that new job. We’ll help ensure your CV meets the necessary criteria and that you’re best placed for the role.
Time for a natter.
Step #2: Initial discussion/screening.
One of our recruitment consultants will meet with you to discuss your CV so we can identify suitable jobs.
Getting the perfect fit.
Step #3: Requirement agreement/CV sent to client.
We will discuss the types of jobs you would like to be considered for and agree which positions you would like to apply for. Once this is agreed we will send your CV for jobs to employers.
Your time to shine.
Step #4: Client interview process.
We’ll arrange an interview with the employer for you and prepare you in advance.
An offer you can’t refuse.
Step #5: Offer process.
After a successful interview process you will be provided with an offer to join the company.
Your new job.
Step #6: On-boarding process.
If you choose to accept the job offer you will be given help in your new role from Head Resourcing.
