Dunfermline Building Society - the case for Valuing Relationships
The Dunfermline Building Society, established in 1869, is Scotland’s largest building society and plays an important part in the savings and mortgage market in Scotland. At the end of 2002 the Society had assets topping £1.7bn, an electronic distribution service and a network of 33 branches and 39 agencies. They employ approximately 25 IT staff but also have a significant project portfolio.
At Head Resourcing we have been working with Dunfermline Building Society since 2001 and during that period we have listened and learned about the culture and atmosphere of this iconic Scottish company. We work closely with Dunfermline, always listening to the brief, sourcing a people we know will be a close “fit”, and capable of working at their pace.
