Agreement with work seekers

The following terms are for job seekers seeking permanent employment, to confirm how we provide you with recruitment services and what we require in return.

 

Head Resourcing Limited (“Head Resourcing”) and the Candidate agree that these are the terms upon which Head Resourcing shall be providing work finding services for the Candidate:

  1. Head Resourcing operates as an employment agency and employment business.
  2. Head Resourcing will not charge the Candidate for finding the Candidate employment.  No fee shall be payable by the Candidate to Head Resourcing.
  3. Head Resourcing will be sourcing permanent (including fixed term employment) work only for the Candidate. The type of work shall be within one or more of the following sectors:
    • Information Technology
    • Accountancy & Finance
    • Sales & Marketing
    • Engineering
    • Business Services
    • Executive
  4. The Candidate shall submit to Head Resourcing some form of photographic confirmation of their identity prior to commencing any position with one of Head Resourcing's clients.  Such documents that are acceptable include:
    • Passport
    • Driving licence
    • Identity card
  5. For each position Head Resourcing submits the Candidate's CV and/or each permanent employment undertaken by the Candidate, the Candidate confirms that they have the necessary experience, training and qualifications which are required by law or any professional body to perform the work which the position requires and where possible the Candidate shall provide copies of any certificates of qualifications or evidence of training to Head Resourcing.  The Candidate agrees to promptly supply all references required by the client.
  6. If a Candidate secures a position with one of Head Resourcing's clients, the Candidate shall enter into written terms of employment with the client and the client shall pay all remuneration payable directly to the Candidate.
  7. These terms of business may only be varied with the prior written consent of a director of Head Resourcing.
