| Job Description | Head of Customer Experience: Central Scotland
Salary: circa £70k (highly attractive benefits)
Our client operates in a competitive and regulated environment, providing products and services to a broad range of customers. They want to ensure that their customers are at the heart of everything they do and your role will be to develop their customer service from good to great by developing people, implementing new systems and transforming current processes. In addition to working with colleagues in the company to transform customer processes and policies, key accountabilities will include;
* To ensure that the development and delivery of the customer expectations - as measured in ongoing customer satisfaction scores.
* To be instrumental in working with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience and deliver value for money for customers.
* To manage, develop and motivate a committed workforce to exceed the needs and expectations of customers.
* To support the delivery of new products and services for existing and new customers
You will have a demonstratable track record of successfully developing and delivering Customer Experience, ideally in a relevant B2C or B2B service industry. With a sound knowledge of how billing and credit management systems are essential to a customer operation, you will have experience of analysing and transforming end-to-end customer processes. The role requires excellent communication, analytical, strategic thinking, planning and leadership skills, as well as highly developed stakeholder management skills.
