Job Description	Process Improvement Consultant - Competitive Salary plus excellent benefits A leading organisation based in the heart of Edinburgh has an outstanding opportunity for a Process Improvement Consultant. In this exciting and challenging role you will be responsible for identifying, leading and managing significant process improvements across the company leading to the delivery of significant benefits. You must be highly driven and believe in customer driven processes and continuous improvement. Using Lean Sigma methodologies you will identify problems, the associated root causes and implement solutions. You will work collaboratively with the business, process owners & other key stakeholders. You must have good knowledge of Lean Principles and Governance Process Architecture, DMAIC and DMAID. You should ideally have strong experience of Business Process Improvement, Project Management and Black Belt accreditation. You must have strong customer focus, an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, good planning and organising skills, a team player, and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
