Job Description	Our client is a successful and expanding software consultancy organisation working across a number of market sectors. They are currently looking to bring on board an experienced service delivery manager to be based out of their new Coventry office and work within their public sector focused team. The responsibilities of the role will vary according to customer engagement but ultimately you will need to be self-motivated, flexible and willing to apply yourself to whatever challenge you are faced with .To be considered for this role candidates need the following: * Extensive experience of ITIL processes and managing service within this framework * A formal ITIL qualification * Strong background in IT service management, ideally within public sector organisations, otherwise in large scale blue chip organisations * Broad range of technical systems experience including Windows, Unix and VMWare * Previous knowledge of software development techniques * A professional and presentable individual with strong communication skills The position will mainly be office based but the role holder will need to be open to travel to client sites across the UK when required Head Resourcing operates as an employment agency and employment business.
