Job DescriptionERP Dynamics Change Manager
London OR Glasgow

This opportunity is an outstanding chance to take responsibility for the change dimension of a global Microsoft Dynamics ERP rollout. You will be responsible for ensuring that this high profile programme and all supporting projects address the people and the change challenges which will be faced throughout this major piece of work.

There are a number of high priority deliverables for this job:

*High level stakeholder management skills
*Ensuring all change activity is aligned with the broader programme plan
*Ensuring your change resources across the organisation are highly skilled and motivated
*A dedication to delivering a business that is prepared, both technically and attitudinally, for the Dynamics ERP solution at global go-live

You will have a catalogue of competencies at an extremely high level including the following:

*An excellent track record in complex stakeholder management skills - you will need demonstrable board and senior level interaction and influencing experience coupled with an ability to influence and get buy-in from ground level engineering staff
*Significant and successful track record in change management within the implementation of full lifecycle tier 1 ERP solutions in large, global, blue chip organisations. Dynamics exposure is highly advantageous but we are also interested in people who have delivered change in SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle and Peoplesoft ERP implementations
*Highly skilled in the full suite of change management skills, methods and tools
*High level of competency and a demonstrable track record of the mastery of communication in major change programmes
*Fluency in any of the following languages is highly advantageous - French, Spanish, German, Portuguese or Mandarin Chinese
*Personal competencies are of vital importance and you will have outstanding communication and interpersonal ability. You will have demonstrable experience working in high profile, global teams and be a committed and hardworking individual looking for a great new challenge.

Due to the nature of this global programme the role requires your flexibility to work abroad on a regular basis.
