Job Description	ERP Dynamics Process Owner - Finance & Operations Glasgow These two excellent opportunities are an outstanding chance to take responsibility for ensuring the Microsoft Dynamics ERP solution is functionally fully integrated to enable consistency of processes across the organisation. Key drivers in these roles include ensuring that workstream consultants operate to programme methods / plans and ensuring that the processes they are responsible for remain within the programme direction. There are two Process opportunities available - an Operations Process Owner and a Finance Process Owner. There are a number of high priority deliverables for these jobs: *Ensuring that process activity is aligned with the overall project plan *Active participation in business process definition activity to ensure complete understanding and appreciation of the process changes to the business *Successfully being the point of contact and control for all global process activity You will have a catalogue of competencies at an extremely high level including the following: *Extensive and high level experience of process management in full lifecycle tier 1 ERP programmes in large, major blue chip organisations *High level of ability with business process management skills, methods and tools - particularly Vision and Brainpower *Six Sigma and other process tools are a valuable addition to your skill set *Experience in project management, manufacturing and procurement *Fluency in any of the following languages is highly advantageous - French, Spanish, German, Portuguese or Mandarin Chinese *Personal competencies are of vital importance and you will have outstanding communication and interpersonal ability. You will have demonstrable experience working in high profile, global teams and be a committed and hardworking individual looking for a great new challenge.
