Job Description	ERP Dynamics Training Coach London OR Glasgow This opportunity is an outstanding chance to take responsibility for the training dimension of a global Microsoft Dynamics ERP rollout. You will be responsible for ensuring that the global business is ready to embrace and operate the project solution. This role is vital in ensuring that training is delivered to exceedingly high quality and that users have the confidence, capability and knowledge to perform their jobs. There are a number of high priority deliverables for this job: *Developing creative and effective training materials to enable the seamless go live of the global ERP solution *Ensuring training is specific to my clients global business areas and best meets their needs *Delivery of excellent training communication both internal to the programme and to other business areas You will have a catalogue of competencies at an extremely high level including the following: *High achievement and background in the delivery of training management within the implementation of full lifecycle tier 1 ERP solutions in large, global, blue chip organisations. Dynamics exposure is highly advantageous but we are also interested in people who have delivered training in SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle and Peoplesoft ERP implementations *Outstanding competency and demonstrable track record with the full range of training skills, methods and tools *Excellent coaching competency around both people and change with a depth and track record of influencing major stakeholders and driving forward business change *Fluency in any of the following languages is highly advantageous - French, Spanish, German, Portuguese or Mandarin Chinese *Personal competencies are of vital importance and you will have outstanding communication and interpersonal ability. You will have demonstrable experience working in high profile, global teams and be a committed and hardworking individual looking for a great new challenge.
