| Job Description | Lead Business Analyst - £26000 - £44,000 dependant on experience plus excellent benefits.
One of the world''s largest providers of pensions and investments is looking to recruit a Business Analyst with experience of working within a Life and Pensions environment on a fixed term contract for six months.
The business analyst will be involved in gathering requirements, root cause analysis, creating specifications and the development and design of solutions. The business analyst will work closely with the project manager throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the smooth transition and development of solutions to the business.
To be considered for this role you must have the following skills and experience:
· Strong business analysis experience - the ability to gather detailed requirements and create detailed documentation and specifications
· The ability to design and develop solutions to meet the needs of the business
· Experience of working within a Life and Pensions environment is absolutely essential
· Outstanding communication skills - the ability to communicate and work effectively with individuals in areas out-with IT that are involved in the project.
