Job Description	Our client, a major consultancy, is currently hiring a key position within the organisation. They are looking to appoint a Senior Solutions Manager to be based in Scotland to lead and support complex consultative sales opportunities by providing a multi service proposition. You should understand the IT outsource delivery life cycle and be self-sufficient in solutioning, in particular when engaging with client stakeholders and buyers. To ability to distill the essence of client problems from complex technologies and business in scenarios and to be able to conceptualise and communicate winning propositions is essential. You are likely to be from a solution architect or service delivery background, and will have worked on complex, multi-year ITO deals. Specific sector experience is not key, as you will work cross sector. You should have the ability to mobilise and motivate a bid/project team and be able to lead and support the preparation and delivery of sales proposals and presentations. Strong pre-sales experience or exposure of multiple technologies and services at a broad level and in depth relevant technology or business solutions architect experience in FTSE 100/250 level companies would be beneficial.
