Job Description	Contracts Manager Networks Salary - £60k to £70k + Benefits Location - Scotland Head Resourcing is currently working with one of the largest Energy Engineering Companies in the world. They currently require a Contracts Manager to join their Networks division in Glasgow. This is a key leadership role in the delivery of the networks engineering and construction management services contract, the post holder has overall responsibility for contract performance in a work package contract structure where engineering, work package/contract integration and delivery risk are internally managed. You will be tasked to establish, transform and grow a business unit and team able to successfully deliver a significant engineering and construction management services contract for 132kV and above projects, delivering significant financial benefits to client. Skills, Knowledge & Experience: · Ideally the successful candidate will have a track record in delivering major infrastructure construction programmes, have a strong commercial background and be a Chartered Engineer or in the process of seeking Chartered status or an exceptional candidate with equivalent experience over a number of years within the construction industry. · Construction planning and project delivery within time, budget, quality and safety parameters. · Commercial contracts and contractor management. · Change management and people motivation skills. · Commercial and financial policies and procedures. · Proven people management and leadership skills. · Well honed commercial and negotiation skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Proven track record in developing client relationships and generating new business Education: · Ideally have a Post Graduate qualification (MSc, MBA) or be degree qualified.
