Salary Benchmarking

We speak to employers and jobseekers every day and this enables us to put together a comprehensive view of salary scales and trends in the market. With over 120,000 candidates on our database and around 4,000 applications every month our market intelligence is extremely accurate.  

In some market sectors salaries and rates can change quickly, so we typically use information that is no more than 3 months old to make our assessment. It is always worth checking your worth whether you are job hunting or not, particularly prior to the annual review and salary process.

Before we can benchmark your current salary we would ask you to submit a copy of your CV with a request that we contact you to provide feedback.
