We aim to provide our Clients with the best applicants for their vacancies. Finding good candidates for challenging and exciting new roles can be hard. That's an area you can help us!
We pay you £250 for every person you refer to us who is subsequently placed into a permanent position through us. All you have to do is send us an email (see below). You can help one of your friends secure a great new career - and be rewarded by us for doing it!
Conditions for Refer a Friend Scheme:
- To make a referral, simply email mail@headresourcing.com, giving your referral’s name, job title and contact details (ideally email and phone number). Please make sure you have already got the permission from your friend for us to speak to them.
- The referral won't count if we have been in touch with the candidate you refer in the past year concerning their CV or searching for jobs.
- The candidate must have fully completed the initial probation period in their new position through us. This is typically 3 months but can vary, depending on our client.
- Payments will only be due for Permanent positions - not for temporary jobs the candidate has taken up.
- You are responsible for paying any tax which becomes due by you as a result of our payment to you of the reward and indemnify us against any liability for tax due by you which results from such payment.
- We will always be fair, but if the fees for referral are disputed in any way then Head Resourcing’s decision will be deemed to be final.
