A major UK bank - the case for market intelligence
The Resource Management department in this Scottish bank first approached Head Resourcing in 2003. Working closely over a long period they have asked Head Resourcing to source and fill a significant number of both contract and permanent and technical and non-technical positions across the bank.
One area of particular importance to the bank, was finding a recruitment company with the market intelligence and contact lists to supply to their large scale project-based IT contractor demands. After listening to the project specifications and the bank’s requirements we were able to source all of their contractors, within a short time scale and within a pre-defined rate card.
