Jobs at Head
As Scottish Recruitment Agency of the Year 2010, Head Resourcing has a great reputation in the recruitment marketplace. Mutual respect and teamwork are essential elements of our success and in addition to company-wide social events, many of our staff not only to work together effectively but choose to socialise together on a regular basis.
We pride ourselves in maintaining high levels of staff satisfaction within the company. A recent staff survey proved that our levels of job security and satisfaction were above average. Questionnaires were completed anonymously by all staff and results showed that over 90% felt secure in their jobs and 100% stated they enjoyed working at Head Resourcing.
Consultant Lisa McGhee said:
“My move to Head Resourcing has proved to be one of the best decisions I have made. I’ve been with the company for nine months now and from day one I have experienced real job satisfaction and the opportunity to be rewarded professionally and financially. I can see that Head is a happy place to work and I feel that my job here is secure. Head is a place where relationships are paramount.”
We were rewarded for our continued development in people management practices with the Investors in People Standard in July 2009. More recently we were delighted to be awarded REC Audited status when an assessor praised the high morale within the company.
We are interested in hearing from experienced recruiters who would like to join our team. We recognise that career decisions should not be made lightly and as a result we hold informal two way discussions with potential staff to discuss their employment needs.
Why should I join Head?
- Our reputation - We have earned an excellent reputation as a leading employer in the marketplace.
- Career progression - Our staff are promoted from within. For example, in August one of our Managing Consultants is relocating to Leeds to open our first office south of the border.
- Job security – Our staff retention rates prove that our employees enjoy working here. Only three recruiters have left to join competitors in nine years.
- Career development - We invest heavily in training and development and hold monthly workshops which allow staff to discuss specific topics with their colleagues.
- Learning for life - We support staff who want to obtain external qualifications, either for professional or personal gain. For example, several of our consultants are studying for REC accredited qualifications this year.
- Give something back - We encourage our staff to value our local community through our Corporate Social Responsibility Scheme. For the second year a team of our staff are sleeping ‘rough’ for a night to raise funds for Action for Children.
Head Resourcing acknowledges the unique contribution that all potential employees can bring to the organisation in terms of their culture, ethnicity, race, gender, nationality, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, education, experiences, opinions and beliefs.
