Head Resourcing's HR Services division provides a Consultancy and Support Service, which offers access to HR specialists on a pay-as-you-need basis. Our service offering helps clients to realise the potential of their business through identifying skills requirements; recruiting the best talent; retaining key personnel; realising the potential of the individuals in the business; and where appropriate, re-deploying or releasing staff who are no longer in the right roles.

Hiring and Resource Strategy
Helping senior managers to understand their resource requirements for the coming period, identifying the best strategy to attract and recruit these staff, as well as managing any risks presented by current market forces.
Assessment and Development Centres
Using a mix of tools, including structured interviewing, psychometric and aptitude testing, and various other exercises, to identify the strengths, weaknesses and areas of potential for the candidates being assessed - whether they are potential new recruits or internal high performers. Head can design, develop and deliver the assessment centres.
Organisational Development and Change
Supporting business leaders to identify a route to get the business from where it is today to where they want it to be, reviewing the talent that is currently in the organisation and delivering a programme that will transform the team to achieve the new goal, whether that be skills development, implementing succession plans or securing new talent.
Leadership Development
Equipping the leaders of the business, our consultants will develop bespoke programmes to meet specific client needs. Management Development Working with current and future managers, to ensure they are equipped to deal with the people management challenges that face them in their particular environment.
