Bright Grey - the case for connecting strengths
Bright Grey is a stand-alone division of the Royal London Group specialising in the financial protection market.
Bright Grey wanted to establish an Advisory Network of eight members each of whom could act as a sounding board for a particular area of expertise, the economy or society.
This was a challenging brief because of the quantity of people required and the skill set that Bright Grey needed. Having thoroughly researched and understood exactly what our clients were looking for we searched through our extensive network and contacts and also our contact databases, connecting up Bright Grey’s requirements with 20 exceptionally well-qualified and professional people we knew would fit their exacting standards.
Tracey Ashworth-Davies Deputy Chief Executive, Bright Grey stated
“This was an unusual search and selection project, but it certainly didn’t phase Head Resourcing. The candidates they recommended were all excellent, of a very high calibre and any one of them might have been suitable. We used Head Resourcing for this project because of their excellent contacts and the names they produced for us demonstrated this.
They are now involved in identifying potential candidates for senior IT staff positions within Bright Grey, showing the same professional approach as with the advisory team project. Head Resourcing puts the time into understanding our business and requirements, and it shows in the candidates they recommend".
